How does your service work?Our service is straightforward. Once you schedule a cleaning, our team will visit your property at the designated time to scoop and dispose of pet waste. You don't need to be present for the cleaning as long as we have access to the designated area. We will make sure to lock up when we leave.

What areas do you service?We primarily service the south Dallas-Fort Worth (DFW) area. However, we may be able to accommodate nearby areas as well. Please contact us for specific inquiries regarding service availability in your area.

Do I need to sign a contract?No, we do not require you to sign a long-term contract. We offer flexible service options and allow you to adjust or cancel your service plan as needed. We believe in earning your business with each visit.

What if it rains on my scheduled cleaning day?We operate rain or shine! Unless weather conditions pose a safety risk to our team, we will continue with scheduled cleanings. In the event of severe weather, we will do our best to reschedule your cleaning at a convenient time.
