Frequently asked questions

Once you sign up, you'll be scheduled for the same service day each week whenever possible. On your scheduled day, our system will send you a text message when we're on the way so you know when to expect us. No need to leave room in your trash can, we haul the waste away for you. During each visit, we'll thoroughly clean your yard, bag the pet waste, and take it with us for disposal. If your service day is ever affected by weather, holidays, or other unforeseen circumstances, we'll notify you by text as soon as possible. We believe communication is key and work hard to keep our customers informed every step of the way.
